Instruction concerning Implementation of Customs on cross border electricity transaction and instruction concerning Application of Customs and Tax Procedure on electricity transaction over the administration line with Territory of Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija come into force on September,1 2009.
According to this instruction all participants on Serbian energy market are obliged to deliver to EMS and Customs announcements on electricity transactions on daily level starting from September, 1, 2009.
Announcement on electricity transactions is performed by delivering files in standardized format on e-mail address: najava@ems.rs and struja@carina.rs
